  • 3 Granny Smith apples or 20 slices
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 large can Hungry Jack biscuits, split in half
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • dash of cinnamon to taste

Directions

    Cover sliced apples with 1/2 biscuit.

    Fold and seal like a fried pie.

    Place in a sprayed or greased pan or baking dish.

    Mix water, sugar, cinnamon and margarine in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Pour over biscuits.

    Bake at 350° until brown.
