- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Peel and quarter both apples.

2(You will have eight quarters.) The crescent rolls have eight sections.

3Roll each one out on a floured board as much as possible.

4Take one quarter of apple and slice onto one section of crescent rolls.

5Bring sides up and pinch together.

6Place dumplings in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Mix together sugar, melted margarine and orange juice.

8Pour over dumplings. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

9Serve with vanilla ice cream.
