- 1 c. sugar or to taste
- 1/2 c. water
- 6 large apples
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Peel and slice apples.

2Put in heavy saucepan with sugar, cinnamon and water.

4Cover with lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
