  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. chopped apples or corn, drained

Directions

    Stir until mixed (batter will be lumpy).

    Drop by small teaspoonfuls into deep fat (350° to 375°).

    Fry until golden brown on both sides.

    Drain on paper towels.

    Shake in bag with 10x sugar and cinnamon.

    If some are to be kept, don't put sugar on them.

    Heat them again and then put sugar on them.
