  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. chopped apples

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Beat eggs slightly.

    Add sugar and mix until fluffy.

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Add to egg mixture.

    Continue to beat.

    Add oil gradually.

    When all mixed, add apples, nuts and flavoring. Bake in tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
