- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

1Add corn to margarine.

6Bake for 30 minutes at 325° or until golden brown or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
