  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 1/2 c. sliced apples
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Mix together oleo, cake mix and coconut until crumbly.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Place apples on crust.

    Sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon.

    Mix together sour cream and beaten egg.

    Drizzle over all.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
