  • 1/2 c. coconut, flaked
  • 1 c. apple pie filling or 2 1/2 c. baking apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks or 1 egg

Directions

    Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly.

    Mix in coconut.

    Pat mixture lightly into greased oblong pan.

    Build up edges and bake 10 minutes.

    Arrange apples on warm crust.

    Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.

    Blend sour cream and egg, then drizzle over apples.

    Bake 25 minutes and serve warm.
