  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples, drained
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 c. commercial sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Cut butter or margarine into cake mix until mixture resembles coarse meal.

    Press mixture lightly in bottom and one inch up sides of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
