- 1-1/3 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 2/3 cups White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider
- 1/3 cups Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 3 whole Apples, Diced

- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Powdered Sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F. Grease or line a muffin pan.

2In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a smaller bowl, combine milk, apple cider, butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and egg. Stir into dry ingredients until combined, and gently stir in diced apples.

3Fill muffin cups to 3/4 full with muffin batter. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the muffins comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

4For the glaze, combine 2 tablespoons maple syrup and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until well-mixed, and drizzle over warm (but not hot) muffins.
