- 1 qt. size tea bag
- 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. unsweetened apple juice
- 4 thin slices lemon
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a pitcher; pour in water. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

2Remove and discard tea bag and mint leaves.

3Add apple juice.

4Serve over ice and garnish each glass with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
