Apple Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 lrg Cooking apples
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 1/3 c. Water
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
Directions

1Peel & core the apples.

2Slice them reasonably thinly & place in a large saucepan.

3Add in the sugar & water & cook till the apples are very soft.

4When cooked, sprinkle in the cornstarch, stirring & beating to ensure which there are no lumps.

5Stir in the lemon juice.

6Set aside to cold.

7When cold, it doesn't have to be cool, place in a blender & blend till smooth.

8Pour into 4 small dessert dishes & refrigeratetill ready to serve.

9Serve with jam cookies.
