  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup milk (more or less, to desired consistency)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
