  • 3 to 4 large apples
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 double pie crust

Directions

    Peel and grate or slice apples.

    Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; pour over apples in bowl and stir.

    Pour this mixture into an unbaked pie crust.

    Top with a second crust or a lattice crust.

    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
