  • 10 -12 cups sliced apples

  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    For the crust: Cut shortening into flour.

    Beat egg; add water, vinegar and salt.

    Combine all together and roll out.
