Apple "Pie" Dessert

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo or butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Roll apple filling in tortillas and place in large Pyrex that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bring oleo or butter, sugar and water to boil; pour over tortillas.

    Cook 30 minutes on one side, then turn each tortilla and cook another 30 minutes at 375°.

    May add cinnamon, nuts and raisins as desired.
