- 6 swordfish steaks
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.

2Combine remaining ingredients and boil slowly for 15 minutes.

3Place steaks on grill.

4Baste with sauce.

5Turn once and baste again. Cook until done.

6Serve with more of the hot sauce.
