  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 c. peeled and diced apples
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Cream butter and margarine.

    Add sugar and blend well.

    Beat in eggs.

    Mix in vanilla and flour that has been sifted with salt and soda.

    Add apples, nuts and coconut.

    Bake in tube pan 1 hour at 300°, then 25 minutes

    at 325°.
