  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. peeled, chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    In a large bowl, cream the first three items until light and fluffy.

    Set aside.

    Mix the next three items and blend into first mixture.

    Fold in apples and nuts.

    Bake in a greased and floured nine-inch square pan at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
