  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 c. chopped apple
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. peanuts

Directions

    Chop nuts in a blender.

    Measure 2 cups of flour, soda and cinnamon.

    Mix and set aside.

    Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture a little at a time.

    Mix until moist.

    It will be thick.

    Add chopped apples and peanuts.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Will look thin but allow room to rise.

    Cover with foil until almost done for moister pudding.
