- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1-1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cups Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple, Cored And Diced
- 1-3/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Rolled Oats, Uncooked
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. Set aside.

2In a mixing bowl, combine unsweetened applesauce, organic pumpkin puree, eggs, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup. Mix together. Add diced honeycrisp apple and stir to combine.

3In a separate mixing bowl, combine whole wheat pastry flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, sea salt, and baking soda. Mix well. Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

4Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread out evenly. Top with a light sprinkling of uncooked rolled oats.

5Place into the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife inserted comes out clean.
