  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple, Cored And Diced
  • 1-3/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Rolled Oats, Uncooked

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, combine unsweetened applesauce, organic pumpkin puree, eggs, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup. Mix together. Add diced honeycrisp apple and stir to combine.

    In a separate mixing bowl, combine whole wheat pastry flour, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, sea salt, and baking soda. Mix well. Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
