- 1 cup, plus 2 tbsp organic rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 3 1/2-4 oz mixed fresh berries, plus extra, to serve
- 1 None red apple, cored, chopped
- 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2/3 cup golden raisins
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp honey, plus extra, to serve
Directions

1Place oats and apple juice in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

2Add all other ingredients to mixture. Divide muesli among serving bowls. Top with extra berries and drizzle with extra honey.
