Ingredients

  • 2 apples (unpeeled) (Gala, Golden or Red Delicious)
  • 4 c. thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 3/4 c. toasted walnuts, chopped (bake 8 minutes at 350~)
  • 1/2 c. each: mayonnaise, buttermilk and raisins
  • 1/4 c. minced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
