Ingredients: 1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix; 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding; 1 c. Mott's applesauce; 1/2 c. water; 1/4 c. oil; 4 eggs; 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg; 1/4 tsp. ground allspice (optional); 1/2 c. raisins, finely chopped (optional)

1 c. Mott's applesauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl.

Blend well, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer (4 minutes).

Pour in 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pan 15 minutes.

Remove.
