Apple Spice Cake

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 can apple pie filling, chopped
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Blend thoroughly cake mix, 3 eggs and water and fold in pie filling and pecans.
  2. 2
    Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.

    Mix together flour, sugar, butter and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of mixture before baking.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
