- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. finely chopped apples
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cream butter and cream cheese.

2Work in flour, sugar and salt. Blend until smooth. Chill until firm.

3Roll dough very thin, then cut into 5-inch squares.

4Fold into triangles.

5Toss apples with seasoning to taste. Place apples onto half of each square.

6Press edges to seal.

7Bake in a 400° oven until dough is well puffed and brown, about 15 minutes.
