Apple Walnut Stuffing

- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon (or 3 cubes)
- 3/4 to 1 c. apple juice
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 c. chopped apple
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1In large skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

2Add water and bouillon, cook until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add celery mixture.

3Mix well.

4Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting. Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until hot.
