  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • nutmeg to taste

Directions

    Wash and cut up apples, seeds, skin and all.

    Cook slow until done.

    Put through coarse strainer.

    Add spice to taste and sweetener or leave plain.
