  • 2 quarts water
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 5 tomatoes, peeled seeded and chopped
  • 4 red potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 34 cup halved green beans
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 12 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 12 cups packed basil leaves
  • 5 garlic cloves, halved
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Combine water, vegetables and marjoram in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

    Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth.

    Add basil, garlic and cheese, processing until smooth.

    Return to slow cooker.

    Cook on high for 15 minutes.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
