- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 5 tomatoes, peeled seeded and chopped
- 4 red potatoes, peeled and diced
- 34 cup halved green beans
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 12 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 12 cups packed basil leaves
- 5 garlic cloves, halved
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine water, vegetables and marjoram in slow cooker; cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

2Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth.

3Add basil, garlic and cheese, processing until smooth.

4Return to slow cooker.

5Cook on high for 15 minutes.

6Season to taste with salt and pepper.
