  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sweet applesauce
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. nuts or raisins

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together.

    Sift together flour and cinnamon and add to creamed mixture together with remaining ingredients.

    Blend well.

    Drop from spoon onto greased baking sheet.

    Bake until brown in 350° oven.
