- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients in an ungreased oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches) with a fork, scraping corners frequently, until moistened.

3Stir batter vigorously with fork for 1 minute. Scrape sides of pan with a rubber spatula.

4Spread batter evenly in the pan.

5Bake until top springs back, 35 to 40 minutes.

6Cool. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.
