Apricot Almond Brie

  • 1 (8 to 10 oz.) wedge Brie cheese
  • 1/2 c. apricot preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds

Directions

    Remove top rind from cheese; place cheese on serving plate. In a small saucepan, combine preserves and liqueur.

    Heat until mixture is hot, but not boiling.

    Pour some of the sauce over cheese (save remainder for adding later, if desired).

    Sprinkle almonds over top.
