- 1 (8 to 10 oz.) wedge Brie cheese
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
Directions

1Remove top rind from cheese; place cheese on serving plate. In a small saucepan, combine preserves and liqueur.

2Heat until mixture is hot, but not boiling.

3Pour some of the sauce over cheese (save remainder for adding later, if desired).

4Sprinkle almonds over top.
