- 1 1/2 c. apricot jam
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. oleo
Directions

1Sift the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.

2Mix with sugar and oatmeal.

3Cut in butter until crumbly.

4Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

5Pat 2/3 of the mixture into pan firmly. Spread with jam, then cover with the rest of the mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
