- 1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. apricot-pineapple jam
Directions

1Mix flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and baking powder.

2Cut in butter until crumbly.

3Pat 2/3 of this into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread jam over this layer and cover jam with remaining crumb mixture.
