- 1 1/2 lb. dried apricots
- 1 lb. sugar
- 1 qt. vodka
Directions

1Place ingredients (do not mix) in 1/2 gallon flat topped glass jar.

2Turn the jar twice a day.

3Allowing the jar to sit on its top for half the day.

4Do this for 8 days and your first batch is ready.

5You may use the same apricots, more sugar and vodka to make another batch only let the second batch sit for 12 to 14 days.

6The apricots can be used for bread after the brandy is finished.
