  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. peanuts, chopped
  • 1 can apricots, drained
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended and lumpy.

    Pour batter into a well-greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
