- 2 egg yolks (reserve egg whites)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- chopped walnuts
- apricot jam
Directions

1Blend together the first 6 ingredients.

2Shape the dough into walnut size balls.

3Dip in reserved egg whites.

4Roll in chopped walnuts.

5Place on cookie tray; press thumb in center.

6Bake at 325°.

7When cool, fill centers with apricot jam.
