  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. apricot nectar juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, sugar and apricot nectar juice.

    Pour batter into a well-greased and floured Bundt tube pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until brown.

    Let set in pan 15 minutes and then turn out.

    While still warm, drizzle the topping over cake.
