Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (6 oz.) apricot gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2/3 c. water

Directions

    Pour into saucepan pineapple, water and gelatin.

    Let come to a ripple.

    Add cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is almost dissolved.

    Set aside to cool.

    Pour into a mixing bowl and set in the refrigerator for about 15 or 20 minutes.

    Whip the Dream Whip and add to the cooled pineapple mixture.

    Add nuts and celery. Pour into mold.

    Best if chilled overnight.
