Ingredients

  • 2 boxes apricot jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can small crushed pineapple
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix jello and boiling water until dissolved, add cold water. Let sit until slightly thickened.

    Mix pineapple, bananas and marshmallows with the jello.

    Let sit until thick.

    Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg until thick then add cream cheese and let cool.

    Spread on jello mixture and top with Cool Whip.

    You can also add coconut and nuts, if desired.

    Yields a 9 x 13-inch pan.
