- 3 tablespoons vegan margarine, melted (or butter)
- 14 cup sucanat (or brown sugar)
- 1 12 cups rolled oats
- 12 cup wheat bran
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 12 cup sesame seeds
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 14 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 12 cup chopped dried apricot
Directions

1Combine margarine and brown sugar in a baking pan.

2Add oats, wheat bran, flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, and cinnamon.

3Toss to mix well, and spread evenly across pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, stirring several times, until lightly browned.

5Remove from oven and stir in raisins and apricots.

6Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
