- 1 box mochiko or 3 1/2 c.
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes apricot flavored Jell-O
- 2 c. sugar
- 12 oz. can apricot nectar
- 12 oz. can water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together well.

2Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3Cover tightly with tinfoil and bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350°.

4Remove from oven and after 15 minutes, remove tinfoil.

5Cool for several hours; cut into bite size pieces and roll in potato starch or kinako (soybean flour).

6Shake off excess starch.

7Makes 48 servings.
