  • 2 jars baby apples and apricot mix
  • 1 regular size can apricot halves
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 large apricot Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water and pour a little Jell-O into bottom of mold.

    Add apricots, cut side up.

    Freeze a few minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix baby food with balance of Jell-O and chill (not too firm).
  5. 5
    Add sour cream to mixture; blend together and strain.
  6. 6
    Add rest of apricots, cut up, and pour into mold already set.
