  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. apricot nectar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • juice and rind of 2 lemons

Directions

    Mix all together except for confectioners sugar and 2 lemons. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.

    (If baked in a tube pan, 60 minutes.)

    Glaze while hot with confectioners sugar and lemon juice.
