- 2 baked pie shells
- 1 can apricot pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 small box apricot Jell-O
- 4 bananas
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 medium size Cool Whip
Directions

1In a saucepan, mix pie filling and pineapple.

2Mix sugar and cornstarch together, then add to filling and bring to a boil. Cook until thick.

3Let mixture cool.

4Add sliced bananas and pecans to the cool mixture.

5Pour into pie shells and chill.

6Cover with Cool Whip.
