  • 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 15 dried apricots, snipped in small pieces

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients very well.

    Fold in apricots.

    Form into a ball or log, then roll in ground nuts.

    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until cold.

    Best served with Triscuit wafers.
