Ingredients

  • 2 boxes apricot Jell-O
  • 2 jars apricot baby food (small)
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine Jell-O, water and sugar in pan.

    Bring to boil and put in bowl to cool.

    Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk; mix until smooth.

    Add pineapple and baby food to Jell-O mixture.

    Mix this with cream cheese and milk; add nuts.

    Pour into mold or sheet cake pan.

    Chill until firm.
