Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. dried apricots
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Cover apricots with water and boil 10 minutes.

    Drain and cut up.

    Blend next 3 ingredients as for pie crust (cut in butter) and pack into a greased 9-inch square pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
