- 1 can (16oz) White Beans such as Canneline or Great Northern. Drained and rinsed.
- 2T olive oil
- 1T chopped fresh thyme or 1t dried
- 2t fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 chopped fresh arugula
- 1 baguette
Directions

1Combine beans, oil, thyme, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer the bean puree to a small bowl. Stir in arugula. Season with salt and pepper.
