  • 2 c. flour
  • salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. apricot jam
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • some chopped nuts

Directions

    Cut as pie crust.

    Add 1 cup sour cream.

    Divide into 2 parts. Roll out to about 12 x 10-inches.

    Spread with apricot jam, coconut and chopped nuts.

    Roll as jelly roll.

    Repeat with remaining dough.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
